Yoga for complete wellbeing is designed to help you cultivate a strong body, calm mind, and a vibration of peace. Clear instruction makes it easy for all levels to follow and refine their practice. Each class includes a brief teaching on the Yoga Sutras, meditation, breath work active and restorative poses and relaxation. Dive a bit deeper into your yoga practice and find yourself in a supportive community of others doing the same.
Classes are offered Mondays 5:30 PM & Wednesday 8:30 AM online while restrictions to COVID-19 are in place. Come to class as it fits your schedule, but be sure to register at least 1 hour ahead of class time.
Class Fee is $8, and FREE for those who need financial accommodations
