Description
Suhil is hosting a free community yoga class with friends for 108 Sun Salutations to bring in the Winter Solstice! We hope you can join him, Rebecca, and Mercy, and other yoga teacher friends for this powerful moving meditation on the shortest day and the longest night of the year, welcoming the light of longer days with the changing of the seasons. All are welcome. All experience levels are welcome.
