How to register:

• Go to http://www.onlinelearning.wv.gov/student
• Click on Create New User button
• Choose "Purchasing" from the Organization drop-down list
• Fill out the Create New User profile. All field marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields, and both forms under the User Profile and Sub Orgs tabs must be completed.
• Once completed, click Create New User button and Accept the User Agreement
• Select Enroll next to the VEN101 session. You will receive an automatic email confirmation upon successfully enrolling.
