Ashley Pack and Chandler Aragona of Dinsmore & Shohl will inform employers of the legal challenges with respect creating and implementing a COVID-19 vaccination policy. Specifically, this presentation will address how the vaccine coincides with various employment-related laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Participants will learn:
- Whether employers can mandate the COVID-19 vaccine.
- What types of inquiries employers can make regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.
- When must an employer offer an accommodation with respect to the vaccine?

About Ashley
Ashley has significant experience representing employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, sexual harassment investigations, unfair labor practice and union representation cases.
