For the foreseeable future, SMPS Pittsburgh will be
implementing a policy that all our members and guests will be required to show proof of
vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result that is no older than 48 hours. The
negative COVID-19 test must have been provided by a doctor or pharmacy. Please be
prepared to provide a copy of your vaccination card (actual card or a photo of the card)
or a copy of an official negative test result (home tests are not accepted) at the door. In
addition, we will be requesting that all guests maintain a mask throughout the duration
of the program. Thank you for your understanding as we keep the health and well-being
