Lydotta M. Taylor is the Founding Member of L-evation, LLC. With over three decades of knowledge and expertise in leadership education, Lydotta has emerged as a national leader in innovative training and personal and team development. Lydotta completed the Advanced Management Program at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business Executive Education and holds a Doctoral degree in Curriculum & Instruction from West Virginia University. Lydotta has taught at the collegiate level for many years in the Leadership Studies program, and has also served as an adjunct professor for the MSIR and MBS graduate programs at West Virginia University in the College of Business & Economics. Her courses include multi-levels of leadership and organizational change management. Her published book, Transforming 21st Century Learning Environments: Who Took My Chalk™, focused on integrating 21st Century Skills into learning environments.

She is a Certified Life Success Consultant and has provided training and personal development programs for over 10 years, including new management training, sales training, generational leadership training, and life balance coaching.
