What does open-pollinated mean? Hybrid, Heirloom, or Non-GMO seeds? Join WVBG Educator Stacy Clovis-Woofter to learn about the ancient practice of seed-saving, the importance of preserving our seed biodiversity, and what the labels on seed packages mean. This program features an autumn seed-collection walk. Open to all ages. $5 for WVBG members, $15 for non-members. Please register by Thursday, November 2.
* All activities take place at the West Virginia Botanic Garden, 1061 Tyrone Rd., Morgantown, WV 26508 unless otherwise noted. Walks and presentations will last 1.5-2hrs. Please refrain from bringing your pet to activities.
