Through our often hurried pace of life, it can be difficult to slow down. Research shows that there are numerous benefits to spending time in nature. This workshop will consist of a series of invitations, inviting you to slow down and connect with the forest in an intentional way. Come experience Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) as well as other ecotherapy techniques that will leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. This offering will be facilitated by Marcedes Minana, Outdoor Educator with a certification in Ecotherapy. Join us, just as you are! $5 WVBG members, $15 for non-members.
Pre-registration is required.
