Sam Hensley is a junior Art History student at WVU, who spent the summer working at the Museum as the inaugural Jacknowitz Summer Intern. Hensley’s talk will focus on Robert Rauschenberg’s Study for Chinese Summerhall photograph series, part of the Museum’s Rauschenberg in China exhibition, and will consider the cross-cultural context of the works as well as their placement and significance within Postmodern art developments.
