When you stop to think about the word influence and its definition, you can confidently say there isn't a minute in the day that influence is not happening. Influence - the capacity to have an effect on the character development, or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself. See what I mean, we have the opportunity to shape those around us at all times.

Some think we need a title in our job to have influence. Some think they aren't qualified to have influence. Wrong, everyone can be an influence and in fact is influencing someone or something, positively or negatively right now.

During this lunch and learn we will present a focused, effective way to look at ways we can become the influence needed to move our families, our companies, our teams in the direction that will lead to their desired success.
