About our speaker:
Erika McGilley is a Senior Business Lender with Natural Capital Investment Fund. Her primary responsibilities include marketing, deal origination and underwriting for NCIF’s Business Loan Program in Western NC and Eastern TN. In the midst of a successful 20-year career as a Business Development Officer/ Commercial Lender at Community and Regional banks in Maine and Western NC, Erika sought to serve an organization invested with values more aligned with her own: create meaningful and sustainable work through progressive economic development options in harmony with our natural world. Erika has a great deal of experience working with businesses of all sizes but has a special affinity for small business owners having experienced firsthand with her own family the perseverance and tenacity success demands. Erika is passionate about providing access to capital for businesses at the nexus of the economy, alternative energy, local foods, Eco-Tourism and the environment that create jobs.
