Description
Empty Bowls is a Soup and Bread Luncheon. The funds raised from the event go back to the Community Food Pantries, Back Pack Programs and Soup Kitchens. For the last two years the event has profited enough to give nearly $100,000 back to the community. The board and event is fully staffed with volunteers. All the soup, bread and cookies are donated by local restaurants and churches. Each participant leaves with a hand made ceramic bowl created by local artisans.
