Description
November is known for National Gratitude Month and DOC Healthcare is doing a free blood pressure screening for two weeks from Nov 1-16, Monday to Wednesday 9am to 11 am.
We are also using that time to sponsor Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway to help 1-3 families enjoy a good Thanksgiving meal. Anyone who gets their BP screen done will have a free chance to enter for the DOC Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway. Please share the attached flyer and link so families can get their BP screening.
