Joey and Mercy tag team and break out the black lights, glow accessories, and the Monster speaker to bring a fun creative heated yoga flow set to music that will inspire you to move, groove, let go, and leave it all on your mat. *Music may contain explicit lyrics* Room heated to 88-90 degress Fahrenheit.
**Bring bottled water and a small hand towel. White, light and/or bright colored work out clothing is recommended in order to "glow."
