The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at WVU will host a series of open houses in January. Anyone with an interest in lifelong learning is welcome! The open houses are free but rsvp is strongly encouraged. Register at https://bit.ly/3TQntTX or by calling the OLLI office.
Join us on Zoom or Facebook Live on Monday, January 9, for our virtual open house. Beginning at 3:00 p.m., A Taste of OLLI will feature an introduction to the program, short course descriptions by instructors, and a Q&A segment.
For those who prefer to join us in person, we are pleased to announce that we are hosting a small gathering at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, at the Mountaineer Mall in Morgantown. The in-person event will feature an introduction to the program and opportunities to talk with instructors, meet the staff and board members, and register for winter classes. Enjoy a selection of light snacks, coffee, and hot chocolate while you reconnect with old friends and meet new ones!
OLLI@WVU provides programs and educational opportunities designed for adults 50 and over. Free from the pressures of tests and grades, this is learning simply for the joy of it.
An affiliate of the School of Public Health, OLLI is a membership organization that recognizes the unique experiences, capabilities, and wisdom of mature members of the community. OLLI emphasizes the sharing of ideas through peer learning, member participation, and collaborative leadership.
