6th Annual Monongalia County Fair 4-H & FFA Youth Livestock Auction

Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service, LLC is proud to announce a generous partnership with ProxiBid, Inc to offer a virtual auction to benefit the FFA and 4-H exhibitors of Monongalia County

The full catalog of over 50 items will be posted with photos and descriptions starting July 29, 2020. Patrons can view the catalog and place pre-bids until the VIRTUAL online auction starts at 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at 6:00 PM. 
Tune in LIVE at 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2020 to watch the bids rise! Our live auction staff will perform a virtual auction via video feed calling bids and recognizing the efforts of the student exhibitors and their families. Bidders can bid from the comfort of their home via their phone, tablet or computer.

Customers:
Using the ProxiBid platform, customers will be required to register a credit card to create a bidder profile. However, to avoid credit card processing fees, we will not charge cards on file for the total. Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice and asked to contact Monongalia County Fair Treasurer Amee Blake to arrange payment by cash or check. All of the proceeds will benefit the exhibitor with no buyer’s premium or other fee and Joe R Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service LLC in partnership with ProxiBid, Inc are donating all their services and waiving all fees and charges.

At the conclusion of the auction, email invoices will be sent and the successful bidders will be asked to respond via online form how they would like their animal(s) handled. Options include:

• Send animal to processing facility (5 arranged and available for service)
• Donate animal to be resold to benefit the Monongalia County Fair Youth Livestock Scholarship Fund
• Donate animal to be resold to benefit the Monongalia County Fair Livestock Barn
• Donate the animal to the exhibitor

This year’s available processors Haines Meat Processing, Hungarian Smoke House, Harry’s Custom Meats, A+ Meats and Working H Processing. 

All Animals are sold by the head with exception to Market Rabbits and Market Chicken (sold in pen of 3) 

All weights provided are approximate obtained at animal registration. Animals are sold close to market value, any amount over market value can be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
