Itinerary Overview:
6:00 am - Bus departs for Charleston, WV. Upon arrival you will need to clear a security checkpoint
8:00 am - 10:30 am Breakfast
10:30 am - 12:00 pm Available open time to meet with Local Legislators
12:00 pm - 1:30 pm Lunch
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Available open time to meet with Local Legislators
4:00 pm - Bus departs back to Morgantown, WV
Location
The bus from Morgantown will leave from the upper gravel lot (Park N Ride Lot A) at the Mountain Line Bus Depot located at 420 DuPont Road, Morgantown WV, 26501 (Westover) at 6:00 am. Parking will be free in this lot.
For those taking their own transportation to the Capitol, we will meet at the Capitol starting at 8:00 am.

This is a free event. Please RSVP so we can have a headcount for the bus and meeting space arrangements.

Description
Monongalia & Preston County Day at the Legislature in conjunction with Preston County is an opportunity for county residents and businesses to meet with state legislators, department secretaries, and other department heads to address issues that our counties share.
Let's represent the issues of Monongalia County and share with our legislators who we are and what we are doing. It's your day to showcase the strength in our counties. Display tables are available at the Capitol for your organization and are limited on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please register for this event whether you decide to use your own transportation to Charleston or join us for the shuttle ride. There will be schedule of events and additional details communicated to attendees closer to the event.

The Monongalia County delegation lunches will be available outside the Senate Chambers.
